SecurePass asking for PIN ever few minutes

Over the past few weeks, SecurePass has started asking for the PIN every few minutes. The setting is set for 24 hours, but basically everytime I open a new tab, or even go back to an existing tab, it is asking for my PIN again. Same browser, just moving around between different tabs. I give it the PIN and in a few minutes, I am asked again. This has only been happening for a week or so, but it is very annoying.

I believe it is happening with multiple browsers, but I mostly use Chrome (and it is definitely happening with Chrome). The SecurePass version is 1.1.21.

We've published an update for Chrome, your extension will automatically update in the next day or so.

For Edge users, the review process is more lengthy, so it will be a few days before the update reaches our customers.

Same problem. I also noticed that on specific sites (COMcheck Web, especially), it will prompt me for my PIN every few seconds.

I'm using Chrome.

This is also happening to me using MS Edge - it's infuriating. I've changed my PIN and updated the Lock Device value in Settings but still keeps asking me for my PIN every few minutes.

We have published the update for addressing this issue, but the review process is different on each platform.

For Chrome, either version 1.1.22 or 1.1.23 should work to address the issue. If you have either of these versions and the PIN modal still shows up, please set your PIN again (with the same values), and it will fix the problem.

For Edge, the newest version is still in review, the update should reach you during the following week (version 1.1.23). Same as with Chrome, was your extension is updated, if you are still encountering this behavior, please set your PIN again.
