I have Installed the bit defender, I need t activate it, I have the Licence key, but it keeps taking me to card payment option.

Depending on the partner from which you purchased the Bitdefender license, payment information may be required for renewing the license automatically when it's due to expire. However, should you not require this, you may simply enter the details so you can install protection, and disable the automatic renewal feature afterwards.
