I am having a lot of trouble trying to get Bitdefender secure pass to work with my Samsung Galaxy A15. I installed it then got an error saying connection issue detected check internet which was fine as I could get on internet to browse websites with it. I tried connecting several times but got the same message. I closed the app and then tried logging into my vault but couldn't - master password rejected.

I can run the program OK on my laptop so why not on the mobile phone?

To get an immediate update, kindly use the chat option. Also, ensure that you don’t have any ad blockers or privacy extensions enabled, as these may prevent the chat window from appearing.

Apologies for the delay in responding - can you give us a few more details? Which version of the app are you using? When you say "master password rejected" what error message are you getting?
