My face is not being recognized and I am left with a screen that say bitdefender on the bottom

I definitely have lost weight but now facial recognition does not work on my samsung phone. All it says it bitdefender at the bottom. After waiting a while I was able to use the finger print but now I want to change the picture and do not see where the settings are to change it.
