URL blocked

Hi,
I have an app on my android phone Samsung S25 that is connecting to an URL.
The app isn't working and unable to connect. I don't get a notification from bitdefender.
How can i whitelist the app to check if this is the issue?

When i use the same app on my laptop with the same URL on the same WiFi it does work.
On my laptop i don't have bitdefender running so i need to do the same on my Windows 11 machine.

No notification from Bitdefender means that your Bitdefender product is not blocking the other application from accessing the internet. The workaround is to uninstall your Bitdefender product and check if the other app works. If it does work, reinstall your Bitdefender product and send the link that the other app is accessing to the Bitdefender malware research team for analysis. If the issue persists even after uninstalling your Bitdefender product, then Bitdefender was not the cause, and you should contact the app developers for assistance.

If you believe a website or file has been incorrectly blocked by Bitdefender, you can submit the details to Bitdefender  malware researchers by filling out the form at the link below:

If the website or file is found to be incorrectly blocked, the detection will be removed within a maximum of 72 hours. However, if the detection persists after 72 hours, the website or file will be considered malicious, as determined by our malware researchers, and the detection will remain.
