Rescue environment scan protocol stuck (please help fast!)

After my pc got hacked twice out of no seeable reason, I stumbled across this program and applied for the 7 day free trial.

I was impressed with the functionality of this product, so I ran a Rescue Environment Scan over night.

It did apperantly find a trojan in my system, which the other anti virus scanners did not find, so I was happy when I got up and saw the detection indicator.

All good and well, but when the scan officially finished, I tried clicking on „Scan Protocoll“ and it started loading a bunch of stuff, it looked stuck, but the wheel was still spinning occasionally, so I let it run while I went for breakfast.

After I returned, the loading page was gone, but the entire protocoll page just froze. It's stuck and I cannot do a thing to exit it.

Please help me fast, I need my pc today!
