We have over 50 computers and laptops currently without antivirus and we are unable to resolve this. We had Bitdefender installed on all devices but this was handled by our IT support company. Unfortunately our IT support partner went into administration and after a short period our Bitdefender has stopped working and our account has been suspended. We have been unable to get any response from Bitdefender having emailed the cancel and refunds email addresses as well as completing a support ticket and trying to call business support - which for some strange reason went to the consumer help desk. We had just managed to get access to the console on a former employees login but then this has been suspended so we can't use this to uninstall Bitdefender. Any ideas would be appreciated.
