Why am I getting a pop up to pay for Bitdefender Digital Identity Protection?

I have had it included in Total Security for 2 years, and now I'm being asked to pay for it separately?

I thought I imagined it initially, but sure enough, my weekly report has the email addresses included in the identity protection section. Now the feature is greyed out.

Total Security is over $200 AUD, to now ask for $69 as well for a feature that I have used since I started seems a bit rich for the money and sort of takes out the nameplate - Total Security - validity.

Are you sure you've had Digital Identity Protection included before? I'm asking because the Total Security suite includes something called "Data Breach Detection", but this is not the same thing as Digital Identity Protection, which is available with the Ultimate plans, but can also be purchased separately, as an individual subscription.
Now, in Total Security, Data Breach Detection does what the name suggests. On the other hand, Digital Identity Protection is a more complex service and on top of Data Breach Detection it includes Dark Web monitoring, Digital footprint visualization, and real time breach notifications. The full set of available DIP features and their description can be found on the product page, but also in the Support Center here.
I also think it's best to get in touch with the Support teams, so they can assess the status of your subscriptions and advise accordingly.
