I have a Bitdefender Ultimate Small Business Security subscription and am trying to monitor my email address under identity protection however I receive the following error message " your email account is already linked to a Digital Identity Protection Subscription" I opened a ticket (1010262120) with technical support on the 1st June 2025 and as of 21st July 2025 there is no resolution. Does anyone know how to resolve this issue ? Is anyone else experiencing the same problem ?
