Do I need a payment method if I bought a key online?

Hey, so i bought a key online to renew my subscription, but when I click on "activate with key" I end up on a screen that wants my payment information and a checkbox that says it will automaticly renew my subscription for 50€. I obviously do not want this cause I already have a key :(

Any other way to activate a key without giving any payment informations?

Yeah, that’s annoying! Try logging into your Norton account first, then go to the activation page. It should give you an option to enter the key without asking for payment info. If not, contact support to avoid auto-renew.
