As my Total Security - Individual and Premium VPN expires soon I was offered an upgrade to Premium Security - Individual. I finally got security plan to install but cannot get the VPN to install. it keeps saying not installed, I have tried a download a few times but will not work. I followed the steps indicated but all I get is a yellow rectangle circle with an up arrow running saying your down loan is here, but nothing more happens and it finally times out. If I click on it to open everything goes away and I have nothing about the download. so I am at a loss as to what is happening and why. My current Premium VPN seems to still work but will expire in a few days. Do I have to uninstall my current subscription of VPN to get the new one to install? This seems a bit out of the way things should work, as when you are offered an upgrade would that not all be completed by Bitdefender when you take the offer and follow steps to activate etc. I also see that VPN got an upgrade and now reads bdvpnservice, either 1 or 2 do hope that is what should have happened. Also my build is now 27.0.54.272 I see no info on this release my previous was 271 so not sure what all it changed/fixed, please advise on all my VPN questions. Thanks
