I'm having a problem getting to a eu website for Kaspersky. I always assumed with a VPN my computer was hidden and I could go on a site ban by the US government because whoever or whatever couldn't detect where on the planet mu PC was because the VPN was on hiding my IP address and region. Does anybody know why I can't get certain websites and just get error/warnings instead?
