Try the following quick checks:
1️⃣ Restart your device and internet router.
2️⃣ In Bitdefender VPN → Settings → Network adapter, select Repair Adapter.
3️⃣ If you’re on Windows, open Services.msc and restart Bitdefender VPN Service.
4️⃣ Also, try connecting to another location (for example, Japan or Singapore).
If the issue persists, you can contact Bitdefender Support — they might need diagnostic logs to check the local driver setup.
