I have a Gravityzone business license with non-profit/educational pricing thru a Bitdefender partner in my state (Florida). Over a month ago they quoted a 3 year renewal of our license which expired October. 1st. We paid for the license, and to date, they've been unable to fulfill it. After multiple emails and calls, we were given a temporary key for 30 days. That was over two weeks ago.
The vendor claims that they are having trouble with their distributor and have been unable to get the license renewal key. There has been no followup from the vendor.
I've advised our IT team to prepare to replace Bitdefender with a competing product. I've advised our financial controller to prepare to dispute the renewal on our credit card.
I would prefer not to switch from Bitdefender, but I have not found a way to raise this issue with anyone at Bitdefender corporate. I can open support tickets for technical/security issues, but there does not seem to be a dept. that handles licensing/partner issues.
If anyone knows of a way to escalate this, please let me know.
