Please help me to delete the unwanted file (.dat)

Bitdefender File Shredder could not be able to delete the unwanted file as shown in the attached screenshot below. The unwanted file is in Adobe Lightroom but it does not belong to me as I did not purchase it. According to the scan result of Bitdefender Total Security, the unwanted file has a hidden password. So, please advise and help me to delete it.
