Web protection occasionally block all web and app traffic

IOS and web protection all upto date and happening consistently

When web protection is turned on it block all web and apps traffic. Turning Web protection of fixes it and all works. Turn it back on and it works for a while and then randomly block again. Same action fixes it.

Any thoughts or experiences please.
