is MSIZilla.224001 a Virus or malware?

On my main computer, I have just installed Microsoft 'Visual Studio Insiders' software for creating my own programs.. I also have Bitdefender installed on that computer.

I have written a new program and was trying to test the exe version. Bitdefender stopped me seeing may own program stating: my .exe program has been detected as infected with IL:Trojan.MSILZilla.224001 and Bitdefender could not clean this item. A device restart is required to finalize the clearning process.

I also noted: 'Infected item detected' and 'Potentially unwanted item quarantined'
