I am happy with BD Antivirus, but never use VPN. I did not ask to add VPN to my account and I would like to request a refund, declining the VPN options. Could not find an email address or any other way to obtain that. Please help. Thanks!

Obviously, I am referring to "the standalone Bitdefender VPN Premium plan", which I did not purchase. I have been charged today or yesterday for VPN in addition to a separate charge for the antivirus.

Thanks Gjoksi! Success, sent request for refund and stopped autorenewal I wonder if the only way to achieve this was only through the community portal. I searched hard within the Bitdefender website for these two problems and could not find in the help options an answer. I also could not find anywhere an email address for support.
One more issue: my active account with Bitdefender is attached to my "email1 address", i.e. my login to Central Bitdefender is with the "email1 address". How can I change the email address that <bitdefender@2checkout .com> uses to send me renewal notification, as I get it to my OTHER email address. This confuses me when I have to login.
