Instant "Message" when Incident occurs ?

Hi all, Is there a way to receive an email when a new entry appears in the incidents in gravityzone?
It is tiring and counterproductive to receive emails with “empty” reports every few hours. Especially since the reports are also delivered as ZIP files and have to be unzipped first.

I would appreciate any tips on this subject.

Yes, you can set up a notification to be generated when a new incident occurs.
