Not Bitdefender's fault.
I purchased a subscription on Google Play.
Inadvertently, I purchased another subscription from an email or another source offering a deal.
I want to request a refund. I have contacted Google Play and am awaiting a response. I will continue using Bitdefender with the other subscription.
The support website is a nightmare. Maybe I am wrong, but I could not find where to initiate a ticket, open a chat, or find an email address. The drop-down list does not have my issue.
How the hell do I get my refund?
