I habe Bitdefender Total Security for several years. I wanted to extend my subscription. Bought it, got a code. Bitdefender takes it, but then I have to fill in how I want to pay for it. Help Page doesn't work.
What can I do to make it work?

Once the AI chatbot recommends a series of solutions, you can type in the chat, 'transfer to an agent,' and you will be transferred to a Bitdefender support agent. Also, ensure that no ad blockers or privacy extensions are enabled in your web browser, as they may prevent the chat window from appearing.

Where did you purchase the product from? I assume it was not from the Bitdefender website but from a reseller, as some licenses may require a form of payment to enroll the license in a subscription, to ensure continuous protection. When purchasing a subscription from the Bitdefender website, the automatic renewal is enabled by default. I also think it's best to reach out to Support, as they can check the activation code thoroughly and advise accordingly.
