I discovered that an executable file, syntpenhservice.exe has frequently been running on my computer and seems to be causing my computer to reboot. Apparently this is a driver is and it is a 64bit Synaptics Pointing Enhance Service, but I don't even have a device like this on my computer. I spent months trying to find this file on my computer (that's another story). After finally finding it I unsuccessfully tried to delete it. I was using administrative permission, but I still could not delete it.
I am seeking feedback about this file and trying to determine if I can somehow delete it with bit defender products.
