Disable Bitdefender

I'm sure this comment has been posted in the past but I feel the need to renew this conversation. WHY does it take fourteen (14) steps to disable Bitdefender? I need to map a network drive to connect to a server and It's being denied by my installed Bitdefender. I'm able to complete this entire process from another computer that does not have Bitdefender installed without any issues via the same internet connection. Having to go through fourteen (14) sets to disable and then reverse these fourteen (14) steps to re-activate Bitdefender is just silly! Bitdefender has to create/provide a better more user friendly way to disable Bitdefender on an as need basis. If I'm missing something that can disable Bitdefender better than the provided Bitdefender instructions, please let me know.

This topic has been discussed in the past, and you are not the only user who has raised this question. It was previously confirmed that Bitdefender will not include a one-time disable/enable feature in its product, as it prioritizes protection over allowing all components to be disabled at once.
