No Threat Name - .nef file type

Hi I'm a first time user and its just found some threats but there is no threat name?

Also the file infected is a .NEF file, can this be infected or is it likely a false positive as it is this is a Nikon picture format.

Also there doesn't seem to be a way to post to the following forum the new question button only appears in this forum: https://community.bitdefender.com/en/categories/protection-malware-firmaware-etc-
