My name Is Peter Yu. I would like to request a refund for the product i bought throughbitdefender website. I have contacted bitdfender three times regarding this issue, but they have been unresponsive. I believe that i meet the 30 day eligibility requirement. If i don't get a response, I will have to submit a complaint through my bank.
