On one of my PCs (which has a dynamic system disk, as well as a dynamic data disk), the Rescue Environment scan does not run. After selecting Restart System to run the scan, it boots up to a screen to select the appropriate keyboard language. When US is selected, it then presents a Windows recovery-type screen, which has two options — Troubleshoot, or Shutdown.
I have reason to believe that this PC may be infected with malware, but Bitdefender has not singled it out, yet. Would this issue be more likely related to the fact that the disks are dynamic disks, or to malware on the system?
This PC is running Windows 11 Pro for Workstations on an old Dell Precision 5820 tower system.
