On 22 April I received an e-mail stating "As a valued customer, we’ve upgraded your Bitdefender Premium Security to Bitdefender Premium Security Family! " , which I don't need since I am a retired person with no need for any of the Family features and needless to say it is more expensive. If I remember correctly I opted out but it was still automatically upgraded. According to BD AI Assistant my only option is to remove Auto Renewal and manually order Premium Individual again at renewal time, so it is not a seamless renewal.
Any advice as to another way to "downgrade" again?
