Syncing SecurePass between MacOS and iOS

Question

I've been using SecurePass for quite a while now on both my MacBook Pro and my iPhone. There seems to be a substantial issue with syncing to the iPhone. I'm routinely unable to pull up passwords I KNOW are on the MacBook when I'm trying to log in from my iPhone.

How long does it take for the sync to happen…and is there a way to manually push it to the iPhone?

Chrome: Version 148.0.7778.179 (Official Build) (arm64)

MacBook Pro: M1 Max macOS version Tahoe 26.5

iPhone 14, iOS 26.4.2

You're welcome. As for how long it will take to get resolved, it depends. All reported bugs require investigation time. Since product updates are usually released once a month, it may take at least one month until a fix is implemented, — this does not include the debugging period, which may be long or short, depending on the complexity of the problem they are facing. If some upcoming updates are ready/complete and scheduled to be released, it may not make it in the next sprint, so it will have to wait until the next deployment. The devs don't have an estimated time for the release of the fix for this yet, but they will contact you on the open case as soon as it's implemented by an automatic update.

Your ticket reached L3 technical support. Based on my findings, the behavior is indeed a bug and the development teams found a fix. They will get back to you asap, to ask you to retest using the latest version.
