I've just started using Safepay and Privacy.com. However, SP completely messes up the Privacy homepage — so much so that I can't even find where to log in! How do I fix this?

If you use the keyboard shortcuts of ctrl and + or - while on the site, does that help? Do you have your Windows resolution on default, as that can cause issues. I don't use Safepay, so @Alexandru_BD may have some helpful advice tomorrow as well.

Ctrl + or - only change the font size. The graphics are still enormous and the login box is still not visible. I took a look at your link. I'm not changing my resolution just for the one site and it didn't seem to help the other user either. The only settings I have in SP are notifications, auto open, and use VPN.
I'm using Win 11 Pro and Firefox, with BD AV Plus.
Hopefully, Alexandru will have a solution or idea. Thanks for posting back, as that is a process of elimination of what was covered and what to consider next.
And if it is just for that one site, would you consider using a Container in Firefox if needed?

There could be a conflict there, since both tools are designed with similar purposes in mind. But I think we can't really know for sure until we investigate deeper, so for that I would advise to reach out to Bitdefender Support, perhaps they have an idea on what could be causing this. State your contact reason, choose request category, then select from the available contact channels, chat, phone and email/ticket. Chat would be the fastest way to reach them.

Ugly, but solved. I did find a loginsignup mashed link on the distorted homepage. Carefully click the login part and the next page looks normal as does the rest of the site after logging in. Edited the link in SafePay to go directly to the login screen next time. Good thing I have steady hands.
Thank you for posting back and letting us know. It may not have been ideal, but that was a great idea in creating the new login link once you got there :)
