Can't turn on On-Access Scanning


Hello:


In the Antivirus module, I can't turn on On-Access Scanning or Active Threat Control.  I click the button, but it always reverts to "Off".


It's annoying.  I have replicated it many times, including after re-starts.


I have created a BDSP file from Bitdefender Support Tool.

    Please right click on the Bitdefender icon on your desktop and select Run as Administrator and try to enable the feature again.


     


  • I managed to fix this by deleting and then re-installing Bitdefender.
