Issue after installing Total security 2017
Hi,
I've just upgraded my Total Security multi device 2016 with the new 2017.
The installation was done properly.
When starting bitdefender, I got a popup requesting the activation code.
I entered the code and I got the message:
This activation code has already been used by another account. Connect to the existing account or use another code to protect your pc.
I connected to my account but did not see what to do.
Should I reinstall the 2016 version ?
Can someone help to solve this because now I have no protection at all ?

There is no need to enter any codes. As I can see that your subscription is already active.
Just ensure the product is logged into the correct Central account.
Should the issue persist, please contact our support team via bitsy@bitdefender.com with a screenshot of the error and the logs from the Bitdefender Support Tool.
