I bought a new subscription but it didn't renew

my Bit defender had a week left and i saw there was a deal on for a 1 year renewal for 19.99 it ended up charging me 25 pounds and today when i checked my subscription is over and it hasn't renewed

Hi... I'll try and help you figure this out. First of all, purchasing a renewal does not automatically activate it when the first one runs out. You will have to do that from your BD Central account. Now if you go to your BD Central account, does it show 2 unactivated subscriptions? Let me know and we'll take it from there.
