Parental Controls fail to block blacklist sites
Does blocking specific sites with parental controls not actually work?
As an example, I've entered in both "crazygames.com" and "www.crazygames.com" with "Block" selected yet neither work to actually block the website.
The opposite function works though, for example it was blocking google drive but adding in "drive.google.com" with "Allow" let it through.

I've had a similar experience. I swear it seems most of this product's functionality is vaporware, designed only to make you "feel" protected. And, obviously customer support is not helpful in the least.
