I had to rebuild one of my PC and for some reasons it doesn't show in the bitdefender central page under my box2.
furthermore, I need to see the device to enable port forwarding....
same problem with the android app and the web site BTW.

For bitdefender BOX query it is always advised to contact the bitdefender BOX support directly through https://www.bitdefender.com/box/support/
You can either fill up the online forum or have a direct chat with the bitdefender BOX support representative.
