There is no direct link to download the VPN. VPN are integrated in the bitdefender products.

Scroll down to the bottom of the page in the link (https://www.bitdefender.com/solutions/vpn.html) & you will see it written clearly "In order to use VPN you must also have the Bitdefender security solution installed on your device"

I'm having the same problem, I purchased a subscription and I've been sent no notification or indeed any link to download my subscription. Even though the money has been taken from my Credit Card.

Go to https://central.bitdefender.com/home and check for your subscription and download your respective product from there.

In case you need refund you can checkout the link https://www.bitdefender.com/consumer/support/answer/7217/

Alternatively, you can also share your query with bitdefender support team by dropping them an email at bitsy@bitdefender.com

The support team will reply back to your query within next 24-48 hours excluding weekends.
