A few months back since the price was cheaper then normal so I renewed

my subscription, I just checked my account it says I have 88 days left

and a second Active product even though it was done through the "renew"

link. Does this mean I have wasted months on a subscription I'm not even

using? Thanks

  • I have my current subscription which I renewed for another year but it's counted as two seperate ACTIVE subs.

    There should only be ONE subscription with approx 452 days left not 87!

    Basically have I lost those 3 months on the so called renewal sub?
