i've installed the latest bitdefender AV plus version.
the cli scanner - bdc.exe file - is missing.
what can i do?

Kindly drop an email to bitdefender support at bitsy@bitdefender.com to get appropriate resolution for your issue.
Also collect bitdefender logs and attach it to the same email.
