Bitdefender BOX 2
Hello there,
My BOX2 is from day 1 broken.
My ps4 shows constantly Lan cable disconnected...
And also wifi has problems, calling with whatsapp works for 1 minute and then the connection is lost.
When i connect my ps 4 directly to the modem, i don't have any problems or lag.
I have contacted support in JULI, they have downloaded the logs and since then, silent....
Not a single reply on my emails.
Is here anybody than can help me?
The box is resetted 3 times back to factory settings and i even bought new lan cables.
Nothing works....
