How to kick out an unknown device from my subscription?

Somehow there is an unknown device in my list – a Windows PC, possibly owned by my son before – located on a strange place.

I don't want to erase the datas or lock this computer, but I want to use this slot of my subscription on a computer owned by us. Unfortunately I can't contact the new owner.

How can I cancel the protection on this device?
