Box v2 limited to 100mbps?

I’ve got 1G fiber internet connection that I reliably see 650-800mbps and I have Google WiFi in the house with 4 nodes. Followed Bitdefender advice and put the Box v2 between my modem and the rest of the network including the Google WiFi. Instantly my connectivity dropped to testing at 100mbps.

Support wants an endless number of Speedtests from different parts of my network. Sadly, it’s far easier to just return the Box than take apart the network to test everywhere.

Pretty sure I read the Box v2 has 1G ports. Anyone seen similar results? Wondering if the processor can only handle about 100mbps worth of packets?

Any good alternatives?
