Licenses don't seem to be used

I recently purchased Bitdefender Small Office Security. I have been sending links to those folks with devices. I have approximately 8-10 employees that have installed it, got it running, and it acknowledges that my primary account is the owner of the license.

So, that is all well and good.

The weird thing is that I can only see 5 of the licenses being used. Each time a new person installs, validates, and runs it does not reduce the total available licenses.

Are we doing something wrong?
