Blocking My Website

This bitdefender is blocking my website from its users. Our site has a security certificate and is completely safe.

This service doesn't help it's customers by keeping them away from completely secure websites.

What's the scam do they want money to whitelist our site?

If you think your website is wrongly classified/ block, kindly fill this online forum (https://www.bitdefender.com/submit/) .The forum will share the respective file/ URL directly with the malware research team and if the file/ URL is indeed falsely detected, it will be removed in maximum of 72 hours. If detection remains after 72 hours, you will have to provide more details regarding your query and drop a mail to support at bitsy@bitdefender.com
