Installation on Android device claims to be a trial version

Hi there,

I bought a subscription to Bitdefender Total Security for 5 multi-platform devices. I've installed it on 3 devices: a Win10 laptop (activated), an iPhone and an Android tablet so far.

In Bitdefender Central, all my 3 devices are listed as having BD installed although the Dashboard shows "2/5 installed".

The Win10 laptop and iPhone are "Protected" and the Android tablet shown as "Device Is At Risk". The installation on the Android tablet is showing as a trial version.

Why is that, and how can I fix this problem?
