Temporary disable Bitdefender

I am trying to upgrade Windows 10 version 20H2 but is has failed 3 times already, and I have been advised that Bitdefender products are inhibiting this process. Is there a way I can disable all my products (3) until the upgrade has completed; the current attempt is on 61% completion and has been at this level for the last 5 hours!

Any help would be appreciated.
