Why does my Bitdefender Family Total Securit say it's actually Bitdefender Lite and not good enough?

Bought a Bitdefender Sub for the family for two years to cover 15 devices last december. The invoice said nothing about the subscription being a 'lite' version. If it did I would'nt have bothered with it.

Now. on installing Bitdefender, it says I have the lite version and .....there's no protection antivirus protection, no malware protection and no ransomware protection! Huh ?

What have I got wrong ? The subscription on my account says I have Bitdefender Total Security ! But NO anti-virus and NO anti-malware?

You maybe losing Customers forever with this attitude!
