I delete browser with history, but have BitDefender installed, Is it possible to view the browser history in the Bit Defender application or services.

No, currently there is no way to view the browsing history through the bitdefender product interface. The only way you can view the browsing history is through online bitdefender central account and that too if the parental control will be enabled.
