Unable to send support ticket

I am trying to send a support ticket, and logged in with the admin account, and it says that I don't have permission to send a support ticket. This seems odd. Has anyone else come across this?

This is in Bitdefender GravityZone.

Sorry meant to reply to this, seems at some point bitdefender had timed out. As soon as I logged back in, the request went through fine.
