Activation Problem
UI purchased "Bitdefender Total Security on line about 2 hours ago, my wife called me to take my diner so I left my PC before I activated the program. When I got back to my PC yhe screen was no longer there I wen back to my emaiolsa and found the Activation Screen, but when I entered the Code, it didn`t accept it. I contacted Support on the Menu and gave a description of events and I received an email back which told me to contact support?

First, logout of your bitdefender product on your PC if you are logged in.
Second, go to your online bitdefender central account (https://central.bitdefender.com/) and login in with email registered with bitdefender and check if your PC is registered their. If it is registered , kindly remove it.
Remove device from bitdefender central : https://www.bitdefender.com/consumer/support/answer/2795/
Third, try signing back again into your bitdefender product on PC with the same email ID used to login into bitdefender central.
This should resolve your issue. If issue persists, kindly drop an email to bitdefender support at bitsy@bitdefender.com regarding your query .They will reply back asap.
