How long is an activation code good for?

Hello,

I bought a 1 year/5device TOTAL SECURITY subscription on Amazon bc I thought my current subscription was going to expire next month. Turns out, I forgot I had a 2 yr plan and my current subscription doesn't expire until 12/2022. I don't want to activate this code bc I'm afraid I'll add devices instead of extending the length of my subscription. How can I resolve this? I opened the package but have not revealed the scratch off code numbers yet.

Hello @BWsnj2k ,

To your point, the code does not expire. So, keep it until your current subscription expires and then activate your Bitdefender Total Security purchase from Amazon. You can do that in your Bitdefender Central account.
