how much memeory should bdservicehost use? 474 MB?
bdservicehost is always using around 474MB even when nothing else is happening - is this correct?

My Threadripper has been running at 100% with this service running after lots of thinking I looked at profiles and saw it was set to automatic setting it to gaming dropped my cpu usage to 7% though gonna look at why it's using almost 3gb of my ram (tho with 96 gb Its not affecting me yet?) still would prefer that elusive fix nut in meantime I'm happy its usable again seems 48 cores is not enough for this beast :-

Bitdefender Total Security 26.0.18.74 on Asus X551CA laptop.
Laptop's purchase date is 2014/04/25.
Laptop specs: Intel Core i3-3217U 1.8GHz, Intel HD Graphics 4000, 4GB DDR3, the only change i made: 4 years ago switched from 500GB HDD to 120GB SATA-III SSD
Bitdefender never had any impact on the performance of my laptop.

It totally depends on the specification of your device like the RAM type and storage, the Processor type and speed and how many services are actively running on your system in the background.
